Summer Pressures

by VIDEO BLUE

/

about

Previously unreleased 2016 track.

The artwork is based around a photograph taken by my mother in the 80’s of a flamingo that inexplicably showed up in George’s Quay in Dundalk.

lyrics

You're the temple tapper
I'll unravel as you spin another one
So here I missed a beat
Go mute amongst my friends

Summer Pressures are easy as you go
Summer Pressures are easy when you look like someone I might know

Been drinking through the seasons
Be the soothsayer, meet me on Bankside
Not a prayer, not a prayer I've too much pride
Not a prayer, not a prayer I've too much pride

Summer Pressures are easy as you go
Summer Pressures are easy when you look like someone I might know
Take it easy on yourself
